British star Farah, who won gold in the 5,000m and 10,000m events at the London 2012 Olympics, was ruled out of last weekend’s Glasgow Grand Prix in the Scottish city with an abdominal complaint. But the Somalia-born 31-year-old looks set to return to the track in the Scottish city when the Games get underway next week. Both Team England and Farah’s management team have confirmed there is no change to his plans to compete in both the 5000m and 10000m events.
